Weichao Li

Weichao Li has extensive supply chain management experience, working in various senior roles. Weichao started working at Celestica in 2002 as a BU Lead/CFT Manager, where they managed customer program management and SCM teams and implemented process improvements that increased on-time delivery by over 10%. Weichao then joined Cisco in 2008, first as a Manager, supply chain and later as a Sr. Supply Chain Program Manager. At Cisco, they led product lifecycle management, collaborated with CM and GSM to achieve cost and flexibility goals, and built a SCPM team in Shanghai.

In 2019, Weichao Li joined Mayvenn as a Sr. Global Supply Chain Manager before moving to Samsara later that year as a Senior Supply Chain Manager. At Samsara, they managed hardware and led commodity strategy, sourcing and developing suppliers, negotiating costs, and achieving annual cost reduction targets. Weichao also managed NPI ramp-up, improved supplier quality and on-time delivery performance, optimized planning and purchasing models, and improved logistics and lead times.

Throughout their career, Weichao Li has consistently demonstrated their expertise in supply chain management, driving process improvements, cost reductions, and growth for the companies they have worked for.

Weichao Li obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management from Zhongnan University of Economics and Law. Additionally, Weichao Li has received certifications in the MITx certified Supply Chain Management from MIT Professional Education and the Stanford Advanced Program Management (SAPM) from Stanford University.
