Carlos Credle

Carlos Credle is a licensed realtor at Samson Properties since January 2020, where an agent-friendly approach defines the brokerage. Additionally, Carlos serves as a mortgage loan officer at NFM Lending since April 2019, focusing on providing exemplary service in residential lending. Prior to these roles, Carlos worked as a licensed realtor at Tristar Realty Inc. from June 2017 to January 2020, and as a manufacturing associate at IDT Biologika from September 2009 to June 2017, where strong analytical and problem-solving skills were applied to improve efficiency in manufacturing and assembly processes. Carlos co-founded Maryland Under 30 in late 2015, contributing to the development of a community for young professionals through networking events. Carlos holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Biology from the University of Maryland Eastern Shore, earned between 2004 and 2009.
