Paul Chong

Paul Chong has 17 years of work experience in technical sales, regional sales management, and engineering roles. Paul is currently working as Technical Sales - APAC for Samson Rope Technologies. Prior to this, they worked as Regional Sales Manager - Fibre Ropes for Bridon-Bekaert The Ropes Group. Paul has also worked for Samson Rope Technologies as Technical Sales Manager and Application Engineer. Earlier in their career, they worked as Equipment Engineer for UTAC, Automation Engineer for ST Marine Ltd, and Technical Specialist for Infineon Technologies. Paul has expertise in commissioning, troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining final test equipment and analyzing production and equipment data. Paul has demonstrated key achievements in sales and distributor management, and has successfully managed teams in the past.

Paul Chong pursued primary education from 1988 to 1993 at Sennett Primary School and obtained the PSLE certification. Paul then attended Singapore Polytechnic from 1998 to 2001 to earn their Diploma in Electrical Engineering. Later, they enrolled in the University of South Australia from 2007 to 2008 to study Electronics Engineering.
