Glenn Richter is a retired Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer who most recently served at IFF from September 2021 to December 2024. Prior to this role, Glenn held various leadership positions at TIAA from April 2015 to July 2021, including Chief Financial Officer and Chief Administrative Officer. Glenn's extensive experience includes key roles at Nuveen Investments, RR Donnelley & Sons, and Sears, Roebuck and Co., among others. A graduate of George Washington University with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Glenn also earned an MBA from Duke University. Currently, Glenn serves on the boards of Samsonite and CUNA Mutual Group.
