Ahmed Waqas, ACCA, BSc (Hons), is an accomplished Internal Audit Manager at Samsons Group of Companies since September 2015, where significant achievements include reducing material wastage, developing SOPs for cost savings, and enhancing internal controls. Prior to this role, Ahmed served as Assistant Manager Accounts and Accounts Executive, improving various financial processes and saving substantial amounts through reconciliations. Earlier experience includes an Accounts Officer position at Rupali Group of Companies, focusing on bank reconciliations and financial reporting. Educational qualifications encompass multiple degrees in accounting and finance, including ACCA and ongoing studies at Oxford Brookes University.
