Altaf Hussain Bangash possesses extensive experience in production and maintenance management within the manufacturing sector. Currently serving as Factory Manager at Samsons Group of Companies since August 2020, Altaf oversees the production team at the Bahawalnagar Factory, focusing on efficient cigarette manufacturing while promoting a Zero Loss mindset. Prior experience includes leading maintenance planning at Descon Engineering Limited and ensuring machinery reliability at BAT, where Altaf achieved high Overall Equipment Efficiency and implemented preventive maintenance systems. Additionally, Altaf has volunteered in various leadership roles within Rotary International UET Peshawar Chapter, emphasizing social welfare and education projects. Altaf holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical Power Engineering from the University of Engineering and Technology, Peshawar.
