Astaire Bugayong

Astaire Bugayong is a seasoned professional in Learning and Organizational Development with extensive experience across various industries. Currently serving as the Learning and Organizational Development Lead at Samsung Electronics since August 2021, Astaire conducts needs analyses and develops engaging learning programs for the Philippines and the Southeast Asia and Oceania region. Prior experience includes the role of Learning and Organizational Development, Employee Relations and Communications Officer at Petron Corporation, where Astaire managed Leadership Development Programs and trained nationwide executives. As a Learning Manager at the Development Academy of the Philippines, Astaire coordinated with the Commission on Higher Education on executive programs and managed their course design and implementation. Astaire's career began with an internship at the National Economic and Development Authority in the Philippines. Astaire holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology from the University of Santo Tomas.
