Curtis Williams

Curtis Williams is a Principal Systems Architect Engineer and Program Manager at Samsung Electronics, specializing in the Exynos Division with a focus on signal processing and system-on-chip (SoC) development. With extensive experience in algorithm design, RF techniques, and system architecture, Curtis led a team of 17 engineers, achieving significant improvements in project delivery and quality. They have previously held prominent roles at Motorola as a Senior Staff Research Engineer, where they contributed to the evolution of 4G technologies, and as Director of Engineering at Samplify Systems, where they implemented a high-performance entropy encoder. Curtis holds both a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from Purdue University, emphasizing digital signal processing and communications.
