Harish Narendar

Harish Narendar is an experienced engineer specializing in semiconductor technology with a focus on process integration and yield enhancement. Currently serving at Samsung Electronics since August 2021, Harish works in 4nm process integration technology development and has a background in managing product lines and optimizing yield for advanced logic and CIS products. Prior experience includes roles at Micron Technology, where responsibilities involved yield ramp activities for 3D XPoint nodes, and at IM Flash, where Harish oversaw CMOS flow for 3D XPoint products and led yield improvement initiatives. Harish began an academic journey with a Master's degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Cincinnati after earning a Bachelor's degree in Electronics and Communications from Anna University Chennai.
