Irfan Irmansyah

Irfan Irmansyah is an accomplished human resources professional currently serving as the AVP of Human Resources at Ajaib since August 2022. Previously, Irfan held several key positions at Indosat Ooredoo from February 2019 to February 2022, including VP HR Business Partner, VP of HR Project Management, and AVP - Head of Organizational Development. Prior to this, Irfan served as the Organization Development & HR Business Partner Lead at Tokopedia from August 2017 to February 2019 and worked at FIFGROUP as a Human Capital Organization Development specialist from November 2011 to August 2017. Irfan's expertise lies in developing and revamping business processes, job descriptions, conducting organization structure reviews, and performing job load analyses. Irfan holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Informatics from Telkom University, graduating in 2011.
