Matthias Thorns

Matthias Thorns serves as the Global Labour Relations and Human Rights Director at Samsung Electronics. Previously, Matthias held key positions at the International Organisation of Employers, including Deputy Secretary-General and Director of Stakeholder Engagement. Additionally, Matthias was a member of the Transition Team for the International Labour Organization's Director-General elect, Gilbert Houngbo. Matthias also contributed to The Coca-Cola Company as the International Labor Relations and Workplace Rights Manager and served as a Senior Adviser at the International Organisation of Employers.
