Shweta Kothari

Shweta Kothari is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in generalist roles. Currently serving as an HR Officer at Samsung Electronics since January 2013, Shweta provides HR advisory support for the Mobile Business across the Western region of India, focusing on areas such as employee engagement, rewards and recognitions, HR MIS, operations, training and development, performance management, and recruitment.
