Thomas Strasser

Thomas Strasser has over 15 years of experience in the field of SQA. Thomas started their career at Magna Steyr Fahrzeugtechnik in 2004 and worked there until 2015. In 2015, they joined Samsung SDI as SQA and later became the Head of Electrical and Electronic SQA Department at Samsung SDI Battery Systems GmbH in 2017, where they are currently employed.

Thomas Strasser received a Diplom-Ingenieur (Dipl.Ing.) degree in Automatisierungstechnik/Techniker from Campus02 Graz, where they studied from 2009 to 2011. In addition to their degree, they have obtained several certifications throughout their career. In 2012, they became a VDA 6.3 Auditor through VDA QMC. In 2014, they obtained the Qualitätsmanager Automotive certification from J-P-Management. In 2015, they became a CIT IPC A 610 Trainer through ZVE. Lastly, in 2018, they obtained the IPC/WHMA-A-620 Requirements and Acceptance for Cable and Wire Harness Assemblies certification, also from ZVE.
