Brian Fields

Brian Fields is an experienced executive with a strong background in operations and engineering within the electronics and automotive industries. Serving as Chief Operating Officer at Samtec Inc from January 2018 to December 2020, Brian oversaw a multinational company focused on engineering services and manufacturing. Previously, Brian held roles as Sr. Vice President of Advanced Products Operations and Vice President of Quality and New Technology Integration at Samtec, managing advanced manufacturing processes and quality assurance. Earlier experience includes positions at Ford Motor Company as Maintenance Superintendent and Senior Process Engineer, where Brian was responsible for maintenance and process engineering in the Final Assembly Area. Brian began professional career as a Pipeline Engineer at Louisville Gas & Electric, focusing on natural gas delivery systems.
