Melissa Sutherland has diverse experience in both the education and legal sectors. Since August 2022, Melissa has served as a School Bus Driver for Virginia Beach City Public Schools. Concurrently, Melissa has been working as a Title Specialist and Legal Assistant at Samuel I. White, P.C. since March 2022. Previously, Melissa was employed as a Disclosure Analyst at Homepoint from January 2021 until October 2021, when a layoff occurred. Prior to that, Melissa worked for LoanCare, A ServiceLink Company, from May 2011 to May 2021 as a Loss Mitigation Closer. Melissa completed education at Decatur High School between 1989 and 1993.
