Steve Rawlingson

Steve Rawlingson has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning several industries. Steve is currently the Group CEO & Founder of Samuel Knight International since March 2014. In addition, they hold executive positions within multiple subsidiaries of Samuel Knight, including Samuel Knight Energy, Samuel Knight Tech, Samuel Knight Projects, and Samuel Knight Rail, where they serve as the Executive Chairman since December 2022. Prior to their current roles, they were a Member of the Entrepreneurs' Forum since 2014, and achieved various awards and recognitions during their tenure. Steve has also held significant managerial positions in other organizations such as PageGroup, where they were the Managing Director - Engineering | Technology from 2012 to 2014, and EarthStream, where they served as the Business Development Director - Engineering | Technology from 2010 to 2012. Earlier in their career, they worked as the Business Development Manager - Energy | Rail | Construction & Engineering at ATA Recruitment Ltd from 2003 to 2010.

From 2023 to 2025, Steve attended Northumbria University where they obtained an MSc degree in Business Management & Psychology.

In 2022 to 2023, Steve pursued a Master of Business Administration degree in Organizational Leadership from Saïd Business School at the University of Oxford.

Between 2013 and 2015, Steve studied at Derwentside College and received a Diploma in Leadership & Management.
