Ary Palta

Ary Palta has a diverse and extensive work experience in various roles within the manufacturing industry. Ary started their career as a Project Manager at Argos, where they oversaw cement and ready-mix concrete production. Ary then worked as a Maintenance Manager at Berry Global, Inc., where they were responsible for the maintenance of specialty materials and synthetic fabrics production facilities. Ary also served as the Maintenance and Engineering Manager at ADVANCED FABRICS-SAAF, focusing on designing and implementing asset management plans for spunmelt composites fabric production. Ary later joined Berry Global, Inc. again, taking on roles such as Operations Manager, Maintenance and Projects Manager, Director of Reliability Engineering, Manufacturing Director, and Various Roles and Positions. During their tenure, Ary contributed to the development and marketing of specialty nonwoven materials. Prior to their current role as a Production Manager at Samuel, Son & Co., Ary held the same position at Avgol Nonwovens, where they worked on improving low yield products and creating an effective organizational structure.

Ary Palta has a Bachelor of Science in Electronic and Telecommunications Engineering from Universidad del Cauca, obtained between 1989 and 1994. In 1998, they pursued Engineering Management Systems specialization at Pontificia Universidad Javeriana, completing it in 1999. Later, in 2013, Ary Palta attended Villanova University to obtain a Lean and Six Sigma Black Belt in Business, which they completed in 2014. Additionally, they obtained a Certified Maintenance & Reliability Professional (CMRP) certification in January 2017 from The Society For Maintenance and Reliability Professionals.
