Julien Dumas

Julien Dumas has extensive experience in program management, new product development, and business development. Julien has worked as a Program Manager at Samuel, Son & Co. - Associated Tube Group since 2015, where they lead continuous improvement activities for all North American facilities. Prior to that, they were a Technical Sales Manager at Poppe + Potthoff Bonneville s.a.s. from 2012 to 2014, responsible for sales and program/launch management of precision machined parts for the automotive industry. Julien also worked as a Key Account Manager at Maike Automotive from 2011 to 2012, where they handled sales of stamped parts and sub-systems. Julien gained experience in project coordination at Delphi - Diesel Systems from 2007 to 2010, managing European aftermarket remanufacturing projects in fuel injection equipment. Before that, Julien served as a Program Engineer/Program Manager at Multimatic from 2002 to 2007, coordinating between OEM customers in Europe and the manufacturing facilities. Julien started their career as a Doktorand at Daimler AG in 2000, where they conducted postgraduate research in Mechanical Engineering and Tribology. Julien has also held various internships at organizations such as Hochschule Esslingen, Robert C. Byrd Institute for Advanced Flexible Manufacturing (RCBI), Prokon GmbH, and Office Chérifien des Phosphates.

Julien Dumas has a diverse and extensive education history in the field of Mechanical Engineering. Julien obtained their Master's Degree in Mechanical Engineering with a specialization in Tribology from ISAE-Supméca – Institut supérieur de mécanique de Paris.
