Nathalie Tessier

Nathalie Tessier currently serves as the President of Samuel Packaging Systems Group at Samuel, Son & Co. since June 2025. Previously, Nathalie held various leadership roles at Howmet Aerospace, including General Manager and Vice President of the Structural Casting Segment and Vice President & General Manager of the Americas Wheel Systems Business. Nathalie's prior experience includes directing the North America Window Business at Arconic, representing Arconic's interests as Country President in Brazil, and leading the Extrusion Business at Alcoa. Nathalie also has an extensive background in Whirlpool Latin America, where roles included Marketing Vice President and Human Resources Vice President, among others. Nathalie began a career in consulting at McKinsey & Company. Educated with an MBA from ESSEC Business School and a BBA from HEC Montréal, Nathalie possesses a strong foundation in finance and business administration.
