Oscar Garcia

Oscar Garcia has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Oscar started their career at Daltile as a Production Control Chief. Oscar then joined National Material of Mexico, where they served as a Quality Systems Engineer and later became the Supply Chain Manager, managing steel for OEM, Tier 1, and Tier 2 customers. At DAEWOO INTERNATIONAL CORPORATION, Oscar worked as a Sales Manager, handling steel sales and managing import/export operations. Currently, Oscar is Vice President Commercial Automotive and General Manager at Samuel, Son & Co., responsible for Mexico Service Center Operations. Oscar has a deep understanding of the automotive industry and is known for delivering high standards in delivery, quality, and customer service.

Oscar Garcia obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration from the Universidad Autónoma de Nuevo León in 2006. Prior to that, they pursued a degree in Mechanical and Electrical Engineering from 1992 to 1997 at the same university. Oscar also holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Universidad Autónoma de Nuevo León, which they completed during the same period. In addition to their formal education, Oscar Garcia obtained a certification in "Desarrollo de Habilidades en Contabilidad, Impuestos y Finanzas" from the Tecnológico de Monterrey in January 2020.
