Schon Kohnen

Schon Kohnen is currently the Head of Business Operations at Samuel, Son & Co., where they also serve as the Senior Operations and Operational Excellence Leader. With over 25 years of experience in manufacturing and operations, and 17 years specifically in aerospace leadership, Schon has a proven track record in driving quality and efficiency. They previously held the position of Manufacturing Operations Manager at Boeing Defense Space & Security, overseeing the F-15 production line for over a decade. Schon is pursuing a Bachelor of Business Administration from Lindenwood University and studying Organizational Leadership at Washington University in St. Louis.
