Riley Bettinger is a seasoned construction consultant and estimator currently leading projects at L2 Specialties, Inc. since July 2023. Concurrently, Riley serves as the head coach for the varsity boys basketball team at Samueli Academy. Previously, Riley held the role of project coordinator and engineer at CPM from June 2018 to July 2023, overseeing pre-construction bidding and tenant improvement projects. With extensive experience in commercial real estate brokerage at Coast Real Estate Services, specializing in single tenant investment sales and leasing, Riley's professional journey began after earning a bachelor's degree in Organizational Communication with an emphasis in Business Administration from Washington State University. Additionally, Riley has demonstrated leadership as a varsity boys basketball head coach at multiple high schools and has experience as an account manager at Coast Workplace Solutions.

Samueli Academy
Samueli Academy is a public, tuition-free 7-12th grade charter school founded by Orangewood Foundation in 2013. We serve youth from all over Orange County and emphasize support for teens in foster care and underserved communities. Samueli Academy is a rigorous and extremely supportive learning environment. We strive to position students for college and career success using eight educational best practices: 1. STEAM curriculum (Science, Technology, Engineering, Art and Math) 2. Project-Based learning 3.
