Andrea Simpson has extensive experience in marketing and communications, with a focus on the real estate industry. Andrea'smost recent role was as SVP, Creative and Marketing Strategy at Samuels & Associates, where they led the public relations and marketing teams. Prior to that, they worked as a Marketing and Economic Development Communications Consultant at Mountain Marketing Consulting. Andrea also served as Vice President, Marketing at Urban Edge Properties and VP Marketing at Federal Realty Investment Trust. Andrea has a proven track record of driving successful brand strategies, executing marketing campaigns, and implementing effective communication protocols.

Andrea Simpson attended Regis College from 1994 to 1997, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Communication and Media Studies. In 2003-2004, they attended ICSC and obtained a Certification in Retail Marketing (CMD).
