Rachael Diharce

Rachael Diharce has a significant amount of experience in the field of retail leasing. Rachael currently holds the position of Vice President of Retail Leasing at Samuels & Associates, a role they began in January 2022. Prior to this, they served as the Director of Commercial Leasing at The Hamilton Company from January 2021 to January 2022.

Before joining The Hamilton Company, Rachael worked as a Principal at IRD Advisors from May 2020 to January 2022.

Their earlier experiences include working as the Director of Leasing at WS Development from April 2018 to May 2020. In this role, they managed leasing for approximately two million square feet of retail space, was responsible for budgeting and business plans, and handled portfolio reviews with various tenants. Rachael also played a key role in training and developing new hires and rotating team members.

Prior to WS Development, Rachael worked at C. E. John Company, Inc., where they held the position of Director Of Leasing from March 2014 to April 2018. In this role, they played a vital role in overseeing redevelopments, managing tenant moves, and facilitating rebranding efforts. Before becoming Director Of Leasing, Rachael served as a Leasing Associate at C. E. John Company, Inc. from March 2012 to March 2014, where they negotiated leases and letters of intent and built relationships with retailers and brokers.

Rachael Diharce completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from the University of New Hampshire, where they studied from 2001 to 2005. In addition to their academic qualifications, they obtained a certification as a Real Estate Sales Person from the Commonwealth of Massachusetts in August 2020.
