Sarah Erthal possesses extensive experience in the hospitality and food and beverage industry, currently serving as a Sales Representative at Samuels and Son Seafood since June 2021. Prior roles include multiple leadership positions at Kimpton Hotels & Restaurants, where responsibilities ranged from Assistant General Manager at Red Owl Tavern to Food and Beverage Manager. Additional experience includes a Customer Service Manager role at Legends and various management positions at Hotel Marlowe and Hotel Monaco Philadelphia, among others.
