Aayushi Soni

Aayushi Soni has extensive work experience in the credit industry, particularly with Samunnati. Aayushi started as a Management Trainee in Credit in May 2019 and quickly advanced to become a Manager in Credit in November 2019. Currently, they hold the position of Senior Manager in Credit. Aayushi also had a brief stint as a Summer Intern at Samunnati Financial Intermediation & Services Private Limited in 2018, where they gained a comprehensive understanding of agri value chains and conducted stakeholder analysis. Prior to that, they underwent training programs in agricultural work experience and agro-industrial attachment with the Rural Entrepreneurship Awareness Development Yojana. Aayushi completed a RAWE program to interact with farmers and provide assistance in agriculture and allied activities. Additionally, they completed an industrial training program at the Himachal Pradesh Government Fruit Processing Unit to gain a better understanding of their objectives and processes.

Aayushi Soni's education history begins with their attendance at Delhi Public School in Manali from 1999 to 2003. Aayushi then pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Agriculture, specializing in Agriculture, Agriculture Operations, and Related Sciences, from Chaudhary Sarwan Kumar Himachal Pradesh Krishi Vishvavidyalaya in Palampur from 2013 to 2017. Following that, Aayushi obtained a postgraduate diploma in Agriculture Business Management from C.C.S National Institute of Agricultural Marketing from 2017 to 2019.

In addition to their formal education, Aayushi has obtained several certifications. Aayushi completed a Virtual Experience Program at Citi in June 2021 and received certifications in Employee Experience, Excel: Advanced Formulas and Functions, Microsoft Teams Essential Training, and Excel Essential Training (Office 365) from LinkedIn in 2020.
