Marina Johansen is an experienced production manager with a strong background in continuous improvement and lean manufacturing. Currently serving as Production Manager at Samworth Brothers since October 2020, Marina has previously held similar roles at Kerry Foods and Dairy Crest, where responsibilities included team leadership, performance management, implementation of production stream strategies, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Marina’s expertise encompasses managing high-performing teams, enhancing operational efficiency, and effectively utilizing data analysis to drive performance improvements. Educational qualifications include a degree from Cardiff University, obtained between 2011 and 2014.
