Paul Gallagher

Paul Gallagher has over two decades of experience in the food industry, specializing in training and quality assurance. Currently serving as a Subject Matter Expert for Learning and Development modules at Samworth Brothers since January 2021, Paul previously held the position of Training Manager at Melton Foods for 14 years, where responsibilities also included serving as QA Auditor. Earlier roles include Assistant QA Manager at Kerry from July 2003 to July 2006, and QA Assistant at William Rodgers from October 1999 to July 2003.
