Sarah Williams has a diverse background in the field of health and nutrition, with experience working in various technical and quality assurance roles in companies such as Samworth Brothers and Moy Park. Sarah has also held research positions at De Montfort University, where Sarah completed their PhD in Biomolecular Technology. Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Nutrition with Public Health Management at Sheffield Hallam University.
