Amaia Álvarez Soto has over twelve years of professional experience. Amaia began their career in 2008 as a Marketing Assistant at Dynamobel. In 2009, they became a Content Editor at Esquire magazine. In 2010, they worked as a Communication & Marketing Digital Assistant for Garnier y Maybelline at L'Oréal. In 2011, they were an Account Executive for &Other Stories (H&M Group) at Area Comunicación Global. From 2012 to 2017, they held various roles at L'Oréal, including Head of Digital for L'Oréal Paris and Digital Manager for Garnier and Maybelline. In 2017, they joined Fox Networks Group as Digital Marketing Director for Europe & Africa, where they developed and implemented digital marketing strategies. In 2020, they became VP Marketing & Innovation at SamyRoad. Most recently, in 2021, they were appointed Country Manager Spain at SAMY Alliance.

Amaia Álvarez Soto has a Master on Internet Business from ISDI (2013), a Specialized Course in Coolhunting from Istituto Europeo di Design (2011), an Advanced English Course from University of Sydney (2010), a Publicity and Public Relations Degree from University of Navarra (2004-2008), and a Master on Real Time Bidding and Programmatic Buying from IAB.
