Charlyn Doyle has extensive experience in technology management within educational institutions, serving as the Director of Technology at San Angelo Independent School District (SAISD) since January 2004. In this role, Charlyn manages an operating budget of approximately $1 million, pursues technology-related grant funding, oversees a team of 21 staff members, and collaborates closely with the SAISD data services team. Prior to this, Charlyn held the same title at Brady Independent School District from January 1997 to December 2003, where responsibilities included providing technical support and training for staff and students. Charlyn holds a Master of Business Administration in Computer Science and a dual Bachelor of Business Administration in Computer Science and Management from Angelo State University, along with additional training from the District Administration Leadership Institute.
