Keith Jones has a diverse work experience in the technology industry. Keith currently holds the position of Vice President of Technology at the San Antonio Board of REALTORS® since July 2022. Keith Jones started their education in 2011 at Penn State University, where they pursued an Associate of Science degree in Information Sciences and Technology. This program lasted until 2013. In 2017, Keith joined American Military University, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Technology Management in 2018.
In terms of certifications, Keith obtained the ITIL Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management from EXIN in June 2016. In March 2015, they obtained the Cisco Certified Design Professional certification from Cisco. However, it is not specified whether they obtained the Cisco Certified Network Professional certification. Keith also holds certifications in CompTIA Network+ and CompTIA Security+, although the months and years of obtaining these certifications are not provided.
