Amy Riggle

Amy Riggle currently serves as the Director of Catering at The San Antonio Country Club since September 2025, following a role as Catering Sales Manager at Rosemary's Catering from September 2021 to September 2025. Previous experience includes serving as an NACE Alamo Board Member from January 2017 to January 2024 and working as Assistant Director of Catering at San Antonio Country Club from February 2013 to September 2021, where responsibilities included coordinating private events and managing the events calendar. Additionally, Amy held the position of Special Events Coordinator at Acenar from December 2009 to January 2013, overseeing private banquet events, and began the professional journey as a Student Gallery Assistant at Trinity University in early 2009. Amy earned a Bachelor of Arts in Art History from Trinity University between 2005 and 2009.
