Jade Esteban Estrada is a multifaceted artist with extensive experience as a stand-up comedian, emcee, instructor, solo theatre artist, actor, and dancer. Self-employed since January 1985, Jade performs at various engagements and teaches classes in dance, music, voice, and acting for all ages. Notable works as a solo theatre artist include "ICONS: The Lesbian and Gay History of the World" and "A Lullaby for Ryan: The History of HIV/AIDS in America." In addition to artistic roles, Jade serves as Artistic Director for Aria Creative Productions and has held positions as a reporter for The Associated Press, columnist for San Antonio Current, and radio personality at Alpha Media USA. Previous roles include Artistic Director at Terrible Enfants Theatre Company and Playwright-in-Residence at Prohibition Supperclub. Jade holds a degree from the American Musical and Dramatic Academy.
