Michael Wagner

Michael Wagner serves as the Owner and Co-Founder of Chava Communications, a modern media and marketing firm, since August 2023. Wagner holds adjunct faculty positions at the University of the Incarnate Word and previously served as an adjunct professor of marketing at Texas A&M University-San Antonio. As Publisher of San Antonio Current since January 2010, Wagner played a key role in the Euclid Media Group as Chief Operating Officer from December 2013 to August 2023, overseeing various publications. With a strong background in publishing, including roles as Group Publisher for Orlando Weekly and Regional Publisher for Baltimore City Paper, Wagner possesses extensive expertise in marketing and sales, substantiated by an EdD in Interdisciplinary Leadership from Creighton University and advanced degrees in Administration and Communication Arts from the University of the Incarnate Word, as well as a Bachelor's in Marketing from Columbia College.
