Airport Development and Planning

The Airport Development and Planning team at San Antonio International Airport (SAT) is responsible for overseeing and coordinating all construction, renovation, and expansion projects to meet the growing needs of the airport. This includes planning and executing the development of new terminals, gates, and parking structures, as well as enhancing existing facilities and airfields. The team ensures projects are completed efficiently, within budget, and adhere to regulatory standards, while also securing necessary grants and funding to support these initiatives.
