Aileen O. Dinkjian, Ed. D., M.P.H. has a diverse work experience spanning numerous organizations and roles. They have served on the Board of Directors for Chaffey College Foundation since 2023. Aileen has also held a leadership position at San Antonio Regional Hospital where they oversaw the development and implementation of Population Health Management initiatives, as well as the Lewis-San Antonio Healthy Communities Institute and Community Outreach Programs. They were also involved in Health Equity Diversity Inclusion (HEDI) Oversight Council and the hospital's community health needs assessment.
