Sandra Wier

Ms. Wier is responsible for all human resources operations including talent acquisition and development, salary and benefit management, employee health services, and the hospital’s wellness program. In her role, Ms. Wier develops and executes human resources strategies that support San Antonio’s mission, and its values and organizational culture. Prior to joining San Antonio in 2003, she was the Director of Human Resources at Riverside Community Hospital.
