Holgen Gjoni Cellist

Holgen Gjoni is an accomplished cellist with extensive experience in orchestral performance and education. Currently serving as a cellist with the San Antonio Symphony and an adjunct professor of cello at Saint Mary's University San Antonio since September 2015, Holgen has also held significant positions such as assistant principal cellist with the Boston Modern Orchestra Project from 2002 to 2014 and principal cellist with the Atlantic Symphony Orchestra from 2009 to 2011. Holgen's educational background includes degrees from prestigious institutions, including a Master of Music in Cello Performance from The Juilliard School, a Performance Diploma from the New England Conservatory of Music, and a Bachelor of Music from Universitatea de Muzică din București.
