Alissa Lockett

Alissa Lockett currently serves as Vice President at San Antonio Water System, having joined the organization in August 2009. With a background in Production & Treatment Operations, Alissa has also held the position of Senior Director at the same organization. Previous experience includes roles as Director of Engineering and Director of Distribution & Collection, as well as Project Manager at CDM from July 2006 to January 2010. Additional career experience includes positions as Project Manager at Malcolm Pirnie and as a Graduate Engineer at both Tetra Tech and Malcolm Pirnie. Alissa holds a B.S. in Civil and Environmental Engineering from Cornell University and an M.B.A. in Project Management from The University of Texas at San Antonio.
