Isela Diaz

Isela Diaz has extensive experience in safety and environmental health, with a current role as a Safety & Environmental Health Specialist at San Antonio Water System since July 2015, where responsibilities include developing monthly statistical reports on claims and maintaining the OSHA 300 log. Prior to this position, Isela served as a Loss Control Consultant at The Hartford from October 2007 to June 2015, conducting loss control surveys and advising on risk management programs. Isela's earlier experience includes working as a Plans Coordinator for the City of San Antonio from July 2002 to July 2007, managing communication between Plan Review staff and external customers, and interpreting and enforcing City and State laws as a Registered Sanitarian. Isela holds a Master of Public Administration from The University of Texas at San Antonio and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from St. Mary's University.
