Justin Fletcher, MAGeo, GISP, has extensive experience in geographic information systems (GIS), currently serving as a GIS Analyst and previously as GIS Technician II at San Antonio Water System since September 2014. Prior roles include GIS - Pipeline Data Analyst at Ace Pipe Cleaning Inc. and Environmental GIS Consultant at Federal IT Consulting (FEDITC). Justin also worked as GIS Data Manager - Consultant at Booz Allen Hamilton and GIS Technician III at P2 Energy Solutions. Educational credentials include a Master's degree in Geographic Information Science and Cartography from Texas State University, and a Bachelor's degree in Geography and Cartography from Southwest Texas State University. Justin's foundational education was completed at San Antonio College.
