Robert Pina

Robert Pina has over two decades of experience in information technology and management, currently serving as Vice President and Chief Information Officer at San Antonio Water System since February 2012, where Robert has also held roles as Senior Director and Director of Enterprise Solutions, and Director of Applications. Prior experience includes serving as Director of Information Services at Bexar Metropolitan Water District from November 2008 to February 2012 and as Senior Information Technology Project Manager at Bexar County from February 2005 to November 2008. Earlier career experience includes a role as Programmer/Analyst I at Texas A&M Transportation Institute from September 2000 to February 2005. Robert Pina holds a Master of Science in Computer Information Systems and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, both from St. Mary's University.
