SAQIB H. SHIRAZI, P.E. PMP, is an experienced engineering professional specializing in water and wastewater projects. Currently serving as Manager of Engineering and Project Manager at San Antonio Water System since June 2021, SAQIB previously worked as Senior Project Manager at Murfee Engineering Company, Inc. and held various roles at San Antonio Water System, including Project Manager and Project Engineer. With a strong background in desalination, water reuse, and stormwater management, SAQIB has led engineering teams, overseen project design and construction, and managed compliance with regulatory standards. Educational qualifications include a Doctorate and a Master’s degree in Environmental Engineering from Lamar University.
