Shawn Townley

Shawn Townley is an experienced IT professional currently serving as the Director of IT Infrastructure and Operations at San Antonio Water System since November 2013, overseeing critical infrastructure and operations functions. Shawn also holds the position of Manager of IT Infrastructure at Townley Technologies from December 2021. Earlier experience includes serving as VP of IT Communications at Broadway Bank for seven years, and as Sr. Manager of Network Communications at The Scooter Store from 2000 to 2006. Additionally, Shawn began a career as a Systems Engineer at Computer Solutions in 1998. Educationally, Shawn is pursuing an Associate of Applied Science in Music Business at San Antonio College and holds a BS in Management Information Systems from Kennedy-Western University.
