Darian Padua has a diverse range of experience in the healthcare real estate industry. Darian started their career as an Associate at Newmark Knight Frank, specializing in healthcare real estate investment sales and medical practice underwriting. Darian then moved on to Brown Gibbons Lang & Company Real Estate Partners, where they served as a Senior Associate, involved in the sale of over $850 million in clinical real estate transactions. After that, they joined ERE Healthcare Real Estate Advisors as a Strategic Advisor, focusing on identifying investment-grade clinical real estate and advising physician owners on sale-leaseback transactions. Currently, they are the CEO and Co-Founder of Maverick MRI, a company that offers state-of-the-art technology and AI for holistic health imaging. Additionally, they serve as the President of the San Antonio Young Professionals.
Darian Padua completed a Bachelor of Business Administration in Real Estate Finance & Development from The University of Texas at San Antonio, from 2007 to 2011.

San Antonio Young Professionals (SAYP)
San Antonio Young Professionals is a free city-wide organization for people between the ages of 21 and 40. We actively engage the community and are working hard to make San Antonio a better place for young professionals. SAYP is a 501(c)(6) organization with a mission to build a strong community of diverse individuals throughout the city who can use the connections they make not only for their own benefit, but as a catalyst for local economic activity, community outreach, and the continuous improvement of San Antonio’s quality of life. We aim to connect as many members as possible through SAYP-organized events, community events, and grassroots initiatives.
