James Wong

James Wong is a Deputy District Attorney at the San Bernardino County District Attorney's Office since October 2015, bringing extensive experience in litigation and civil rights law. Previously, James worked as an Attorney at GERAGOS & GERAGOS, APC, where the focus was on civil rights violations, wrongful arrests, and governmental entity liability, alongside substantial expertise in pretrial litigation in both state and federal courts. James's earlier roles include serving as a certified law clerk and volunteer law clerk at the Los Angeles County District Attorney's Office, where responsibilities included conducting preliminary hearings and participating in jury selection. An internship at the Riverside County District Attorney's Office involved assisting with a complex double murder case. Academically, James holds a Doctor of Law (JD) with a concentration in Criminal Law from Loyola Law School and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Political Science and Philosophy from the University of California, Riverside.
