Phillip Jonas has extensive experience in both legal and organizational leadership roles. Currently serving as the Secretary of the Board of Directors at SEBA since November 2016, Phillip also holds the position of Senior Investigator at the San Bernardino County District Attorney's Office, a role undertaken since August 2005. Additionally, Phillip was the Director At Large for PORAC from May 2018 to October 2019, demonstrating a commitment to public service and governance in various capacities.
