Erick Martin, MPA, is a seasoned law enforcement professional with extensive experience in the San Bernardino Police Department since December 2005, where roles have included Police Sergeant, Police Corporal, and Police Officer, emphasizing skills in supervision, training in defensive tactics and use of force, hostage negotiations, and UAV operations. In addition to police experience, Erick serves as a Sergeant in the United States Army Reserve since April 2020 and previously held military roles in the Army National Guard as an Electrician. Earlier career experience includes a position as a Jail Guard at Wackenhut and a Meat Clerk at Stater Bros. Markets. Erick Martin is currently pursuing a Doctorate in Law and Policy at Liberty University, building on a Master's and Bachelor's degree in Public Administration from the same institution.
