Supervising Court Investigator at San Bernardino Superior Court

Brian Herritt currently serves as the Supervising Court Investigator for the Superior Court of San Bernardino County since January 2022. In addition, Brian is the Owner, Consultant, and Instructor at Autism Cop, providing high-quality instruction related to autism, special needs, and mental illness since November 2016. Brian has authored "A First Responders Guide to Serving Citizens with Special Needs," published by Blue360 Media in 2019. Previous roles include Director of the Soboba Department of Public Safety, Security Supervisor at LEGOLAND California Resort, and various security positions, including Security Director for AlliedBarton Security Services and Senior Police Officer at Palomar College Police Department. Educational background includes a Certificate in Emergency Management and Disaster Recovery from UC Irvine, a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Leadership from Azusa Pacific University, and completion of the Police Academy at College of the Redwoods. Brian is also a graduate of the Citizen Academy from the FBI in Los Angeles.
